Rewa Rice Limited “ was established in 1966 as a rice milling company primarily to take advantage of climatic conditions which were suitable for Rice farming. Rice farming become a viable compromise for farmers after the Colonial Sugar Refinery (CSR) ceased its operations in Nausori.
In 2017 the company underwent a rebranding to “Fiji Rice PTE Limited “, marking a significant milestone in the company’s history. By joining many Fiji brand entities Fiji Rice had tapped into the advantage of reaching new customers both locally and internationally.
The current headquarters of the company is located in Labasa which oversees the operation and marketing of Fiji Rice products The mill is located in Dreketi which oversights procurement, milling and packaging and storage.
